Terms and Conditions

1) Price

  • Prices do not include any applicable sales taxes, freight, insurance and recycling fees.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice and will be established at time of order.
  • Prices for back-ordered products are not guaranteed.
  • All products are subject to availability.
  • directEASYBUY is not responsible for any errors or omissions.

 2) Cancellations

  • To cancel your order, email us with your online order number. If your order is shipped prior to receiving your cancellation request, shipping charges will not be refunded to you.
  • We will do our best to request the courier company to return your order back to us. We also recommend that you can refuse the shipment and ask the courier company to send it back to us.
  • We will process your refund once we received the item back in our wear house.

3) Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a return or a replacement, please note the following:

We provide 5 working days from the date of purchase for any return or a replacement. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning a product. Customers are required to pay one way shipping cost.

  • The original invoice must be presented during the exchange or refund.
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, packing materials and box.
  • All products returned for refund must be in good resalable condition. A product viability for resale will be assessed by our RMA Department
  • We charge minimum 15% restocking fee on any opened or used products. We reserves the right to charge higher restocking fees for special circumstances such as damaged packaging and/or missing accessories.

4) Re-seller Warranty

  • All off lease products have a 90 day directEASYBUY Warranty from the date of purchase unless it is mentioned otherwise.
  • A manufacturer Refurbish warranty is done directly through the manufacturer.
  • We take great pride and give the highest priority to product quality control. All our systems are fully tested and marked with serial numbers. For a complete replacement, please report within 24 hours if a product is dead on arrival (DOA) due to shipping and other unforeseen factors.New Products
  • All new products come with a manufacturer warranty. directEASYBUY provides warranty for the first 15 days from the date of the purchase.

  • All  manufacturer re certified warranty is done directly through the manufacturer. directEASYBUY provides warranty for the first 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • All re-certified desktops comes with one year. directEASYBUY warranty from the date of purchase.
  • All re-certified notebooks come with 90 days directEASYBUY warranty from the date of purchase. batteries less than 30 minute charge is considered as defective and covers under warranty.

5) What is covered Under Warranty?

  • The Warranty covers all hardware that comes with the system. We replace all defective components during the warranty period.

6) What is NOT covered under Warranty?

Batteries in Re certified notebooks that exceed a 30 minute charge.

  • Defects due to add-on components.
  • Dead pixels on the laptop screen and monitors.
  • Misuse, physical damages, repairs by third party Software, data loss, unintentional damages, virus/spyware/malware/data theft.

7) Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DirectEASYBUY be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits or inconvenient.

8.) Third Party Liability

  • directEASYBUY has Third-Party Links on its website, as a result directEASYBUY and its staff do not accept any responsibility or liability for these sites and the accuracy of their information. We recommend you read the respective policy and privacy statements of each site before supplying any information.
  • directEASYBUY reserves the right to modify any website content at any time without prior notification and the sole responsibility is left up you to review these changes.

9.) Shipping insurance
The Shipping company covers up to $ 100.00 in the event of damaged or lost item. Additional insurance coverage is available for full coverage. For more information and cost for full coverage, please contact us by email prior to the order. For additional coverage there is an increase cost and can be added from the shop page under Shipping Insurance.
